Your use of the Website is subject to the following terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
The Website, its services and its content are not intended for the use of minors. For the purposes of these Terms, a “minor” is someone who has not reached the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction from which the Website is being accessed by the user, being eighteen, nineteen, or twenty-one in Canada. If you are a minor, you are not permitted to access or use the Website.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you are unsatisfied with any product we provide you, for any reason, please contact us at info@greenrosefarms.ca so we can address your concerns. Green Rose Seeds offers no guarantee on germination. However, we always perform germination tests prior to release to ensure the seeds are viable. We appreciate your understanding.

GRF reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, subject to our regulatory obligations pursuant to the Cannabis Act and its related regulations. The materials on GRF’s Website are provided on an “as is” basis. GRF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, GRF does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this Website or otherwise, including in respect of such materials on any sites linked to this Website.
